This class is designed to provide thorough information about options for
maternal healthcare services in the local DMV area & provide a
foundation of knowledge of the Stages of labor & comfort measures
to cope with natural labor. This class will also detail options for
interventions, pain medications & emergency procedures.


This class is 6 hours long with a focus on empowering families with the information they need to make their own healthcare decisions & be prepared for childbirth.  Offered in two 3-hour sessions.

This class provides instruction on breastfeeding initiation
& maintenance & basic newborn care. This is a 3 hour in person class that is well suited for first time or experienced parents, siblings & other relatives or care takers of the newborn.
